We design and manufacture control systems for Vertical Storage Carousels (Paternosters) and similar units. With 20 years experience in the carousel industry, we are now recognised as the market leader in the UK.
Many carousels are now over 10 years old and their controls are being declared obsolete by the original manufacturer. In view of this, we have recently designed a series of replacement electronic controls to suit all popular models.
We also produce a comprehensive range of software which will improve the efficiency of picking and storing.

 Magnetic Card Security Device.

This device can be fitted to many types of electrical equipment and only allow the equipment to operate whilst a registered Magnetic card is inserted. Once the card is removed, the equipment is rendered inoperative.

'Self service' for tooling, fasteners and general materials saves considerable time on the shop floor – except when the stock runs out !! We have developed devices and software to provide comprehensive monitoring of these stocks. These link back to a central computer system that will provide on-line re-ordering information.
We have systems to suit issuing of items ranging from nuts & bolts up to expensive carbide tools. The software can monitor (and limit) usage on a personal and departmental basis.

Point of Sale Display

Whenever you want to catch the customers' eye with movement, sound or light, we can provide a cost effective solution.
We can also combine display with security. Our range of control units and adaptors for Camcorders and Digital Cameras contain sophisticated anti-theft devices.

General Industrial

We are regularly commissioned to design or modernise controls for all kinds of industrial machinery. The majority of these are now based on embedded microprocessors. This leads to greater functionality combined with reduced production costs.

Other

These cover a vast range of electronic controls and measuring devices from simple battery checkers to sophisticated steam bath controls.
We also combine the electronics with user-friendly software as in a recent project to produce a fully electronic Photo Booth.
