PanelMagic gives a graphical view of the storage locations so that you can see at a glance where refills are required. This includes overviews of complete sites.

PanelMagic works with 'passive' or 'active' locations. Passive locations require the use of a hand-held scanner. Locations that require a refill are scanned and the data is downloaded to a local PC. Active locations have an electronic trigger that will automatically indicate the need for refill.

PanelMagic can send email messages to Central Stores or Suppliers so that replacement stock can be despatched without delay.

PanelMagic finally 'closes the loop' by logging the new stock into the location and so cancelling the demand.
